- A book written by John Godfrey called Somerset Fire Brigade has a map of Somerset stations in 1948. Station A6 was Yatton so was its sub station. A1a Banwell, A3a Blagdon address Coombe Lodge, B1 Millborne Port address was Cross House, and C2a Nether Stowey. South Petherton NFS Station number was EX1 but records show closed in 1947 NFS List, believed to be Station A6a
